Ability (Cardiff) Ltd is an independent family business situated in Cardiff & Barry.
We pride ourselves in providing a caring service and it is this uniquely personal touch that is the hallmark of the Ability approach.
Our aim is not firstly to make sales, but to find you the solutions you need.

Personal service
The business is owned and managed by Peter and Penny Camilleri, and we are supported by Peter’s brother Steven, who takes responsibility for anything technical - repairs, and servicing etc.
One of us will always be available during business hours to assist you in the shop or on the phone, and when you contact us you can rely on friendly and professional assistance.
Peter has an HND in Computer Studies and a BSc in Business Information Systems, and he has qualified as a BSEN ISO 9001 Quality Auditor.
He has a wealth of experience of working with people through youth work, and from his involvement with the Age Concern backed “Healthy Wealthy and Wise Project”.
Penny has 17 years of experience in general hospitals and nursing homes as a Registered Nurse.
She has worked in rehabilitation and long term care, and has also had training and experience in manual handling instruction.
Peter and Steven have both received training in the repair and maintenance of mobility scooters and equipment from the manufacturers themselves, and Steven has undertaken further instruction in the maintenance of stairlifts, and lifting equipment, which complements his natural technical ability.
Between us we have over 25 years experience in the field of mobility and disability aids, and one of us will be able to give you the advice you need - or at least know where to find it.
