I needed new tyres for my Kymco Midi and they were obtained bery quickly, fitted in minutes by their staff, and for a very nice price (much less than I expected).
Kind helpful staff.
Brilliant service, we bought a wheelchair in the Barry shop and the lady who served us was very knowledgeable. She took the time to talk us through the different options and wasn't at all pushy. Would definitely recommend.
I emailed this man steve for to check my liteway 6 he emailed me back telling me to go to his shop and he looked at my scooter and straight away he diagnosed that it was a battery fault he changed the batteries for me and my scooter now goes great a genuine guy all round, I will certainly go to him anytime.
Fantastic shop, like stepping into an Aladdin’s cave of helpful aids. As it was my first time shopping for this type of product I was a little overwhelmed. However friendly staff soon laid out a range of products for me to choose from. Very pleased, would definitely use them again.
All my purchases did exactly what it said on the tin.
Fantastic shop, if not in stock they will do there utmost to get it.
It is the only shop i use for mobility products, vat excluded for mobility customers. friendly staff, very product knowledgeable.
Has every thing you need.
Great shop with great stock.
They had everything my mum needed.
Their service was excellent and they staff were very helpful.
After being very disappointed with other so called disability & mobility shops, I came across Ability. It really was an Aladdin's Cave.
A small family run shop, much smaller than the bigger, more 'clinical' shops I had tried before, yet their range was very impressive.
As was their service, they really did go the extra mile in helping me to get just the right products. I strongly recommend Ability.

So grateful to the lady in the Barry shop who was very helpful when I needed advice to buy something to help to take the strain off my hip when getting on & out of bed and the car.
Can do it easier now & not so much pain.
I don't know what I would do without you... I always have such excellent service.
I could just squeeze you right now, I won't because you look fragile, but I could.
Matthew's lovely... you're all lovely. Staff in other disability shops we've tried are so rude & don't seem to care.
Hi Steven, Thank you very much for doing my wheel chair and scooter today, I hope you did not mind and I would like to keep my business with you if that is alright with you, thank you again.
Thanks Peter, the lady who served me was very patient, friendly & knowledgable, I would recommend the shop to anyone !

To Steven Camilleri,
Thank you for everything and going the extra mile so that I could too.
Hello Penny & Peter,
I think it was in September that you gave us a wooden sliding board to take to Moldova for the use of one of the residents in the 3rd house we opened at the end of August. Attached is a picture of the user. (Photo removed for privacy). His name is Mr G, he is blind and in a wheelchair and has a bad chest. He is cared for by his blind daughter who has difficulty walking.
When I was there in October, my time with Mr G was very rushed but he was able to use the sliding board. After I left, without reinforcement, it was neglected. However, because Mr G is heavy and his limbs are fixed, there had been some falls and near misses during his transfers and one of the carers had been injured. When Miss A went in November, our Moldovan friends insisted Mr G used the board and, with Miss A's tutition, he is now using it sucessfully.
The attached photo shows Mr G about to use the board. (Photo removed for privacy).
Thank you for giving this piece of equipment. These simple items make a huge difference and we are very grateful for the generosity of people like yourselves.
A month ago I purchased an ST1 Strider scooter and I must say I cannot put into words how it has improved my quality of life. I would recommend your staff to anyone. The young man who attended to me was so pleasant , helpful and patient. He supervised my trial run with the scooter and made me feel I had all the time in the world. Also he fully explained to my daughter how to fold, then to assemble the scooter before putting it into the car. Thank you so much for your service.

We would like to say a big 'Thank You' to Steven at your Barry store.
We arrived, on Saturday, at five past four, not realising that you shut at four o clock. He saw us outside and came and opened the door to serve us. We purchased a pair of sandals, a packet of socks and two walking stick ends! We came with our mother who is elderly and easily confused, He was very patient and never once rushed us, even though it was well past his closing time.
This is the third time we have visited your store, having purchased a wheelchair previously, shoes and slippers. He has always been very patient.
Once again a big 'Thank You'

Dear Peter, Penny and Stephen,
Many thanks for all your help, efficiency and kindness in getting my fathers equipment so speedily – I was so impressed with the way you whisked that bed together!
P.S. I have passed all your catalogues on to our lovely carers.

This shop is small but you always have what I'm looking for - not like that big place. I get better advice here too.
Thank you for your kind assistance.

Thank you for your excellent service that you provide. The engineer has been most helpful.
Many thanks for your help.
I love the shop... just when things are getting difficult I find they're not any more.
